Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped. Please allow an additional 2-4 days after item has shipped to arrive. Please contact us if you wish to ship USPS Express 2nd Day or USPS Express Overnight.

Lost or Stolen Items:
Devon Baer Designs is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, all customers have the ability to purchase insurance at the time of checkout. If insurance is purchased, Devon Baer Designs is responsible for refunding the customer or resending the item purchased.

Return policy
At DEVON BAER DESIGNS your satisfaction and the merchandise quality are our highest priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will issue an exchange or store credit (less your original shipping cost) within 14 days of purchase so long as a receipt is provided. An exchange will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged. Please refer to www.devonbaer.com to make sure that the merchandise you desire is still available.

Please Email Customer Service at sales@devonbaer.com and include the following information with your return: your name, phone number, e-mail address, date of purchase and item you wish to exchange for. Any shipping cost you incur to return the merchandise to us will not be refunded. The subject line should read "DBD RETURN".
